A black man with eggs
this cake is known to almost everyone, but in the egg-free version, but to me it is much tastier with eggs
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites in one bowl and the egg yolks with the sugar in the other. Add the other ingredients to the egg yolks and mix, and finally mix the egg whites with a food processor. Pour the mixture into a pan with which we spread and floured only the bottom, NO EDGES. Place the oven for about 25min in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. When the cake has cooled well, we start making the icing. Melt the chocolate in the sweet cream on a steamer and pour over the biscuits. Let the cake stand overnight in the refrigerator and cut it the next day.
