So I didn't invent much, this is just a good combination, an ordinary black man without eggs with a bounty cream between the icing and the biscuit :) the combination is top notch and simple and I recommend it to everyone, I just solved half the pan: D

Preparation steps

  • CREAM Put coconut in one bowl and soak it in milk. In another bowl mix egg whites, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour. When the coconut is soaked mix everything together.
  • BISCUITS Yogurt, flour, sugar, oil, cocoa mix well and pour into a coated pan and put in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take out and pour over the coconut cream and return to the oven for another 25 minutes (180 - 200 ° C)
  • GLAZ Melt the chocolate, butter, sugar in milk together and pour over the cake when it is baked and leave to cool until it cools down :)

Serving

Sprinkle with coconut or whatever: D
