Preparation steps

  • PREPARATION: Whisk together the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate and egg yolks. Add flour, half baking powder, chopped almonds, milk and egg whites. Mix lightly and place in a greased and floured kuglof mold at a temperature of 16 cm. about 35min
  • Melt the chocolate and margarine on a steamer, stir to make it smooth and pour over the cake. Place in the fridge to firm up. When the chocolate has set, decorate with whipped sweet cream.
