Preparation steps

  • Turn on the oven to 200
  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, then add the prepared margarine. Add melted chocolate and walnuts to the mixture and finally lightly stir in the egg whites.
  • Divide the mixture. Bake one part in a cake tin for about 20 minutes (make sure the dough is baked by sticking a toothpick in the middle of the dough, if it is dry, the dough is baked).
  • Coat the cooled biscuit with the remaining mixture, cover everything with whipped cream and sprinkle with crumbs if desired.

Serving

And you only need one more good espresso for complete enjoyment. Good company will not hurt either ;-)
