Preparation steps

  • For the dough: Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the egg yolks, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour into a round mold fi 26.
  • Stuffing: Boil margarine, sugar, milk, vanilla and almonds.
  • Distribute the filling according to the test. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 min. When cool, cut in half.
  • Stir the pudding into 150ml of milk. Boil the remaining milk with sugar and cook the pudding. When cool add the whipped margarine.
  • Fill the cake.
