A ball for you
- On a medium heat, cook and mix the cream, milk, Lino ladu nougat, sugar until a uniform mixture is formed. Beat the egg yolks separately, slowly add a third of the mixture to the egg yolks and beat hard with a whisk all the time, slowly add the mixture again to the pot with the rest of the cream mixture. Return to the heat and cook until the cream thickens enough to stay on the spoon.
- Strain the mixture, allow to cool to room temperature then place in the freezer overnight. Add grated pieces of chocolate as desired.
