Either in a wok or in a deeper pan, gently soften as many vegetables and a little meat as possible. Serve colorful and put some of everything on a plate. The plate is full and the stomach is too satisfied.
- Heat the oil in the pan you have. Saute the vegetables and mushrooms in order (each separately) until they soften and arrange in rows. Add salt to the meat and bake. We usually stack it somewhere in the middle. When done pour the soy sauce over it and serve.
Of course you can have other meat or vegetables. If you don’t put champignons put more meat or another type of meat.
