60th birthday cake
I needed something quickly and it wasn't expensive, so this cake was made.
- Bake the biscuit. When it cools, cut it in half.
- Cook all the ingredients for the filling except the margarine. When it cools, stir in the margarine.
- Put cream on the first biscuit, then bananas cut into rings, then a little cream, then put the second biscuit on top, then cream and bananas again.
- Garnish with whipped cream as desired. I added a little cocoa to the whipped cream for the edges.
