For fans of 50 shades (gray).
- Cook the rice and season it with a little olive oil and vegeta.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and salt them. Leave it for 30 minutes and prepare them for breading (flour-eggs-bread crumbs) and knead.
- Cook the rest of the vegetables and put them on hot oil and season as desired
And ola, la, a warm appetizer or as it was for us lunch is over. Serve all three components on a plate, and I suggest you put the rice in a cup and turn it over on a plate for a nicer look. This will give you a beautiful rice shape that will elevate the look of the plate.
