Cheap fish, even cheaper cabbage, 2 potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, a little salt and pepper and a little olive oil and here is a super healthy and good lunch

Preparation steps

  • Clean the anchovies, rinse, salt and roll in flour, and fry. Cut the cabbage into larger pieces, cook in salted water, and cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in salted water. When the cabbage is done, squeeze it, put olive oil and crushed garlic in the ring, and when it smells good, return the cabbage and potatoes, stir and serve with warm anchovies. Whoever is well, one bevanda would sit down.
