3 dips with pâtés
Turn pate into imaginative dip spreads in a few steps, play with ingredients or come up with your own combinations and enjoy.
- For the first dip Put the chicken pate with cream in a bowl, add the cheese spread and finely chopped radish.
- Add salt and pepper if necessary. Sprinkle the dip with chopped dill.
- Prepare the second dip of Chicken Pate with Ajvar, to which you add finely chopped dried tomatoes and chives. Mix well and finally drizzle with olive oil.
- At the third dip, add cognac, cheese, finely chopped spring onions to the chicken spicy pate and stir. If desired, sprinkle a little ground red pepper on the surface.
Keep the prepared dips in the refrigerator until serving.
Use cold pate and to make it creamier you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cream or Greek yogurt.
