3 chocolates for Ella
My Ellena turns 14 and recognizes chocolate cakes as her greatest delight.
- Grind the biscuits as well as the hazelnuts. Add a flat spoon of espresso powder. Mix everything and pour over the melted butter. Press this mixture into a cake tin 26 cm in diameter. Heat the sweet cream and melt the bitter chocolate in it and pour over the biscuits. Leave it to harden. Repeat the process with the white chocolate, and pour over the dark, then melt the milk and pour it over the white.
