Preparation steps

  • Chop the meat from which we cooked the soup into smaller pieces and put in a mixer
  • Add two boiled potatoes, egg, and spices and mix everything well in a mixer
  • With oiled hands, make small burgers, roll in crumbs and fry in hot oil on each side for a few minutes

Serving

Serve with pasta, with some sauce or just with a salad
