Preparation steps

  • CHEESE Crumble fresh cheese and pour over milk, put on fire. Stir to separate the whey for about 5 minutes, do not bring to a boil. Then strain over a strainer containing gauze, let it strain for about 60 minutes. Put the butter in a bowl to melt, then put the drained cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Add the sour cream, then mix well again until everything is combined, then add salt and baking soda and mix for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer the cheese to a plastic container and place to cool.
  • BREAD Put sugar and yeast in lukewarm water to foam. Put flour, salt, lukewarm whey, oil and finally yeast in a plastic container. Mix well and put in a warm place and cover with a cloth to rise for about 40 minutes. When the dough rises, knead it once more, shape it into bread and place in a baking pan coated with oil or fat. Let rise again for about 40 minutes. The oven should be preheated to 200 ° C and put in the oven bread, after 10 minutes reduce to 180 ° C. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, depending on the oven. Sprinkle the baked bread with cold water and wrap in a cloth, after 15 minutes remove the cloth and leave to cool.
