15 chocolate brown cubes

- Turn on the oven to 180 C. Casserole size 30 x 25 cm - lined with baking paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate in steam. Add chopped walnuts to the melted mass.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and sugar all together well, then add the melted chocolate, butter, nuts and mix well. Separately beat the eggs and add to the mixture, and combine everything well to get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture prepared in this way to a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Cut the cooled stake into 15 cubes.
Serve the chocolate cubes with sweet sour cream to which the grated orange peel is added.
