Preparation steps

  • Mix the biscuits butter and sugar and press into a greased and floured cake pan
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 18o st C, cool
  • Mix well cottage cheese, sugar, eggs peel and lemon juice
  • put on a biscuit base, bake for 20 minutes at 18o st C, cool
  • mix sour cream and vanilla sugar, pour over cake
  • bake for 15 min at medium temperature
  • Refrigerate, preferably overnight
  • Free from mold, decorate with fruit syrup if desired
