Snacks that everyone loves
- Mix flour, salt and dry yeast. add margarine or lard, mashed potatoes, sour milk, feta cheese and knead the dough.
- Leave to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. roll out the dough to 1cm thick.
- Like this, I had two combinations: I coated the first round with whipped zumacetone and sprinkled it with grated cheese. Second round: mix sour cream, ketchup, remaining egg yolks, coat the dough with it and grate the cheese again.
- If desired, cut the coated dough into sticks, arrange in a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the cheese turns brown.
