Stuffed squid
From the practicality, interesting stuffing for mollusks was born, typical for the whole Mediterranean. The simple filling is crumbs with garlic, and the most refined is the one with prosciutto. There is no real stuffing without olive oil and chopped legs.

Preparation steps
- Clean and wash the squid. Separate the legs, chop them finely and mix into a stuffing with chopped garlic and parsley, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and Vegeta.
- Fill (not too much) the squid with a spoon or filling bag and secure each with a toothpick. Arrange the stuffed squid in a wider bowl, side by side, then pour over the olive oil.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes. Turn the squid while simmering.
Serving
With stuffed squid, you can serve potato salad, boiled chard or various salads as desired.
Advice
If you want your food to be finished faster, lightly stir the squid legs.
