Juicy chicken with lemon
If chicken fillet is a frequent guest at your table, you will make a special combination with slices of butter and spices, and drops of lemon will make this dish even tastier. Enjoy!

Preparation steps
- For the butter with the spices, in a small bowl, mix the room temperature butter, dried herbs, zest, and lemon juice. Mix everything well into a uniform mixture.
- Spread the prepared spiced butter in a thin layer on a transparent foil. Roll to get the shape of a roll 1.5-2 inches in diameter, squeeze the ends of the foil and place in the fridge to cool well.
- Cut the chicken breast horizontally in several places with a knife. Sprinkle them with Vegeta, drizzle with olive oil, pepper, rub well into the meat and leave at room temperature for about 15 minutes to combine the spices with the chicken.
- Place the prepared fillets on a heated pan, cover them with slices of one lemon, and place another lemon cut into quarters on the side. Bake until the chicken on the underside turns yellow and begins to separate from the pan. Remove the lemon slices from the side, turn the chicken over and continue to roast as needed, turning until the meat is done.
Serving
Place the meat on a serving plate. On each piece of meat, put a slice of butter with spices, a slice of lemon, garnish with quarters of lemon and serve with a salad of wild lettuce.
Advice
