Preparation steps

  • For dough:
  • Add salt, oil to the flour and gradually add the water in which you mixed the vinegar.
  • Knead a smooth dough and divide it into 3 parts. Coat each crust a little with oil and let it stand covered for about 30 minutes.
  • Place the breadcrumbs on a floured tablecloth and roll it out with a rolling pin, then continue with your hands from the middle to the end until you get a thin, almost transparent dough.
  • Cut off the thickened ends and coat a third of the dough with the filling and roll it out with a tablecloth. Repeat the process with the other pears.
  • Place the obtained strudels in a greased pan (40x30 cm) and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
  • For the filling:
  • Add eggs, cream, salt to the fresh cow's cheese and mix well (dilute with mineral water if necessary).
  • For the cherry filling, mix the cherries, sugar, vanilla sugar and bread crumbs.

Serving

Leave the strudel to cool a bit, then slice it and serve.

Advice

During baking, coat the strudel with a mixture of oil and water to make it crispy. You can mix sugar into the cheese filling and you will get a sweet strudel.
