Cherry fruit soup
Surprise your guests with low-calorie fruit soup as a real refreshment on a hot summer day. Originally a Hungarian recipe, it uses cream and a lot of sugar, and we suggest you replace them with light rice milk and a sweetener.
- Pour water over the cherries, add the sweetener and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Chop half the amount of cherries with an electric chopper and return to the bowl with the other cherries and juice.
- Addvanillasugar, rice milk, Vegeta, salt and corn starch, stirred in a little water, then cook for about one minute.
Serve the cherry fruit soup chilled.
You can add 100 g of peeled and grated apples to the soup.
