Preparation steps

  • Cut the cheese into cubes, small tomatoes in half, and wash the spring onions and use only the white part.
  • String cheese, tomatoes and onions alternately on wooden sticks.
  • Cook the rice in slightly salted water and drain.
  • Add oil, sweet corn, then stir gently and place in a warm place.
  • Place the prepared skewers on the heated oil and fry briefly.

Serving

Serve the skewers with the prepared rice.

Advice

You can also use two types of cheese, edam and mozzarella, when preparing skewers.
