Beans with almonds
What could we put in the beans to make it more interesting? Let's take away the label "boring and everyday" with an unusual accessory in the shape of an almond stick! We recommend it warm, along with rice, for lunch, or cold as a salad.
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic briefly in the oil mixture, to which you have added a teaspoon of Vegeta.
- Drizzle with about 50 ml of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked beans, sprinkle with a teaspoon of Vegeta, marjoram, sliced hot pepper, add worchestershire sauce and toasted almond sticks.
- Mix everything well, fry briefly and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with cooked rice.
By adding during sautéing, the onion will soften faster.
