A cake with apples and icing
Simple and delicious…
- Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into thin pieces and mix with sugar, a little cinnamon (and if you want you can put raisins).
- Drain the apples (and raisins) well, then place the greased deep molds on the bottom, then pour over the patispanje and bake.
- For the patispan, whisk the eggs and sugar well and finally add the flour mixed with the pork. for pastries.
- Shake the roast out of the mold and cool. On the cooled coat the icing.
