A cake with apples and cranberries
My favorite cake with apples, juicy, fragrant and very, very tasty.
- First prepare the filling: cut the apple into smaller pieces, they can also be grated as desired, I cut them into as small pieces as possible. Put them in a small bowl, add all the other ingredients and simmer for a few minutes. Set aside to cool a bit.
- Dough: Put all the ingredients in a larger bowl and knead to get a fine, smooth dough. Prepare a tray 30x40 cm, coated with oil, sprinkled with a little flour. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
- Roll out a tray the size of a baking sheet, place in a baking sheet over the distributed apple filling, roll out the other part as well and cover over the stuffing.
- Mix the milk well with the egg yolk, spread over the cakes, sprinkle with almond leaves and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
