A cake soaked in chocolate
A light and tasty cake without eggs, which is quick to make.
- Turn on the oven to 200 C. Pour the flour into a bowl and add baking soda and cocoa. Add sugar and mix well. Gradually add the cream, add the oil and stir the mass until you break up all the lumps. Coat the pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes. It is best to try the test with a toothpick.
- When the cake is baked, leave it to cool a bit. Meanwhile, prepare the topping by melting the chocolate, butter and milk. Add sugar, stir and wait for it to melt. Drizzle the cake with the chocolate topping. When cool, cut the cake into cubes and enjoy the full chocolate flavor.
Best served with coffee and good company.
