A cake in a glass
Once you make it, it will surely become one of your favorites
- Pour a quarter cup of water into a shallow bowl, add gelatin and wait 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 2 egg yolks and half a cup of sugar. In a deep frying pan, mix 2 cups of sweet cream, vanilla, remaining sugar and a pinch of salt. I used 1.5 dcl cups. Cook over medium-high heat for between five and seven minutes. Add pre-beaten eggs to the mixture. and cook for between 8 and 10 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon - remove from the stove and add gelatin, 2 banana puree and lemon juice. Pour into jars. Refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
- To make the parfait, whisk 1 cup of sweet cream, sugar and bourbon with a mixer. Separately whisk 2 egg whites and add cream. In another bowl, mix the banana pieces, bourbon (or without) and lemon juice. Then put a row of cream in the jar, then cookies, then pieces of banana and repeat the process until you fill the jars. and finally parfait. I used smaller glasses so I put one layer at a time. Use the rest of the cookies and bananas for decoration.
