I have one aunt - I was always happy when I went to her. When you got there, you could always count on a super interesting, cheerful, fulfilling day. The whole family is like that. They do not have a gloomy day. It's always cheerful there. That's how it was 30 years ago, and that's how it is today ... that's the one who once, instead of varnish, sprayed her hair with Raid, for ants ... :) That's how it is with her - always kiss. I dedicate this recipe to her, because she enriched my childhood so much, and my heart is full today when I think of her. She cooks wonderfully, and prepares whatever you want, the only problem is that all her recipes are "from the head" ... and so is this one.

Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from the listed ingredients, and let it rise. Then divide it into 3 noodles. Roll each one out, grate cold butter on it, and roll. Then cut the rolls lengthwise, and weave them into a braid, so that the cross-section stays up, wrap everything in a snail and put it in a baking tray where you will bake everything. At this point, you can cover it with foil and leave it in the cold until the next day, so that it rises slowly, and you can continue. So - if you left it overnight, now take it out and leave it in the kitchen for at least 2 hours, to warm up.
  • Then coat it with beaten egg, grate more butter from above, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and when it has risen nicely, put it in the oven - about 25-30 minutes, at 180 ° C.
