A cake for teenagers

After thinking for a long time, I came up with the idea to make a birthday cake like this for my child. I was not mistaken because the enthusiasm was great for both my child and her peers.

Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and add 10 teaspoons of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. Stir until solid snow forms. Add chopped walnuts, two tablespoons of flour and raisins. Transfer all this to a tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 150C for 20 min. Divide the bark into 3 parts.
  • Fill Whisk 10 egg yolks with sugar and steam. Then add chocolate and cook until it thickens. Cool the filling and add the whipped butter. Fill the crusts and coat the last crust in the same way as the sides of the cake. Make the glaze from melted chocolate, butter and one egg yolk. When cool, pour over the cake.
