A cake for our anniversary
Similar to the unsurpassed reform cake, but still modified: instead of coconut, with some more additions…

Preparation steps
- Prepare the biscuit. Whisk the egg whites well with the sugar. Whisk this with a mixer. Now, stir in the coconut flour, stirring gently. Bake two crusts from this mass, and cut the baked crusts horizontally to get 4 crusts.
- Prepare the cream. Whisk the egg yolks well with the sugar, then steam until it thickens. Add melted chocolate to the cream and stir to blend evenly with the cream. Allow the cream to cool completely. Whisk the butter well. Whisk one bag of whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag. Combine the whipped butter and whipped cream with the cooled cream.
- Whisk one bag of whipped cream with a teaspoon of instant coffee (in granules - not boiled). The coffee will give the whipped cream a fine aroma.
- Whisk another bag of whipped cream.
- Fill the cake with the prepared cream. Also cover the upper crust with cream and then coat with whipped cream to which nes coffee has been added. Leave another bag of whipped cream, white, to decorate the cake, according to your wishes…
Serving
This cake with coconut, I often made to the delight of my family: once without chocolate, the second time without whipped cream, the third time without instant coffee… all variants are great! Try it and you will be delighted!
