This is one of the cakes that delighted my darling at the first bite. I recommend it to everyone

Preparation steps

  • Make a crust from the ground biscuit, vanilla sugar and chocolate milk, which we form on a tray, so that the edges of the cake mold are around the crust. I used a 26 cm mold.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the steam. Whip the whipped cream and sugar, then add the melted chocolate and gelatin. Mix nicely with a food processor to combine, then pour over the crust. Then put in the fridge to firm up.
  • Melt the dark chocolate on a steamer. Whip the whipped cream and sugar, then add the melted dark chocolate and gelatin. Mix well, then put over the white cream.
  • Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden so that we can remove the edge of the mold later. Whip the sweet sour cream and decorate


As for the decoration, I forgot that time, and no one noticed, that I didn't put whipped cream (sweet sour cream) over it, so it's up to you
