A cake for love

... intended for the entire Cool family… created "from the head", inspired by the recipes of our dear and lovely agathas and twins… Happy St. Valentine as well as St. Trifun… happy love to you, let it follow you through life!

A cake for love

Preparation steps

  • Make a biscuit first. Choose a tried and tested recipe of your choice. I usually do it like this. Cut it into a heart shape and soak it with a few tablespoons of juice.
  • Whip the instant vanilla pudding, using half of the written amount of milk. Apply the cream over the biscuits. Put the thawed fruit in a wide pot, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Cook without stirring, for a few minutes, add a bag of jamfix, stir and remove from the stove. Soak the ends of the biscuits in half of the jam.
  • Bring a glass of cherry juice to a boil, then boil a bag of forest fruit-flavored pudding mixed with 3 tablespoons of sugar and a little water. When cool and firm, whisk in the cream mixer, then apply to the vanilla cream. Now arrange the “jam” of frozen fruit to which you have added the biscuit. (You will have half the amount left, pour it into a jar and store it in the refrigerator, since you haven't completely cooked it)
  • Finally, cover with whipped cream and decorate as desired. I was inspired by this, as well as this one. And you, my dears, let your imagination run wild…

Serving

Enjoy everyone!
