A cake for Ankica
This cake owes its special scent to homemade lemons from the island of Iž, which were recently brought to me by my husband's sister, from miles away called Ankica.

Preparation steps
- Beat eggs with sugar. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Add milk, yogurt and oil. Mix flour, semolina and baking powder and add to the mixture. Combine with eggs, grate lemon zest and add 3 tablespoons of homemade jam. Pour into a tin and bake at medium temperature.
- Spread the whipped cream on the cooled dough.
