A cake for a successful start

We celebrated the opening of a mini hotel with a restaurant, the work of my husband, and on that occasion I made this cake. I made it in a hurry, since I had previously taken care of my grandchildren, but it turned out to be a beautiful cake. I hope many of you will like it. How good, tasty and soft it was I don't have to write to you. As the Priest finished the ritual, everyone wanted to tear off a piece of bread.

Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from the listed ingredients, / dissolve the yeast in warm milk beforehand / and divide it into two equal parts.
  • Dissolve one part and coat with margarine. Fold one-third, as in the picture.
  • Then fold in another third of the crust and coat again with margarine.
  • Fold one third again, as in the picture.
  • Do this with both tests.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Do the same with the other pre-baked crust.
  • From the obtained two rolls one cut in half lengthwise, as in the picture.
  • So we get two equal halves of one roll.
  • In the pan in which we will bake the bread, / I am in the sieve / put the baking paper. We place both halves of the cut roll in a sickle in a circle with the cut part towards the wall of the sickle, as in the picture.
  • Cut one third from the second roll, and cut the rest in half lengthwise, as in the picture.
  • We put both halves in a circle, but this time with the cut part facing up, as in the picture.
  • From a third of the rolls, we judge the crust and with a cup we cut five rounds bigger and with a smaller cup or a cup five smaller rounds, as in the picture. Put the rest of the dough from the cut circles in the middle of the cake, as in the picture.
  • We cut all the circles as in the picture.
  • We twist the roses from the smaller circles, and we put them on the larger circles and together we twist them into larger roses, as in the picture.
  • We put all five roses in the middle of the cake over the dough. In the middle of the rose we put one ball of the rest of the dough, as in the picture.
  • Let the bread rise, / I'm in the oven at 50 degrees /
  • Coat the remaining bread with beaten egg yolk to which we have added a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes, depending on your oven.
  • Baked bread.
